This series is targeted towards helping all people learn how to connect with their breath! Working with your breath can play an integral part of harmony within your day. Learn how to step into breath practices that help to both calm and stimulate the nervous system over the course of this series. Participants will also learn how to tune into the body through the breath, allowing greater awareness of what the body needs to keep it in a place of harmony. This four week series will be held virtually.
