Introduction to Mindfulness: This class, consisting of four 75 minute sessions teaches both formal and informal mindfulness. These practices have been shown to be helpful in managing stress and anxiety, improving memory and enhancing quality of life. This class will give you the information you need to begin having a mindfulness practice in your life. Registration includes a commitment to attend all four sessions.
