The Mason School of Business Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging committee would like to invite you to join us for the second annual Social Impact Lecture. Sarah Federman is an author, educator, and conflict resolution practitioner. She’s currently an Associate Professor of Conflict Resolution at the University of San Diego. Her work examines corporate complicity in acts of violence and injustice and, in particular, the role of reckoning with past wrongdoing. Sarah’s most recent work, “How Companies Can Address Their Historical Transgressions: Lessons from the Slave Trade and the Holocaust” was featured in Harvard Business Review. We’re excited to welcome her to campus to speak to our incoming first-year graduate students and would like to extend the invitation to you all to join. The event is free but does require RSVP to appropriately configure seating.

The event will be held Monday, September 26 from 7:00-8:30pm in Brinkley Commons.
