FitWell Class

Many studies have found that yoga can minimize stress and increase productivity with just a small amount of practice. If you are interested in managing stress, this class if for you. The class will utilize principles of yoga while we are on the mat and give you tips to add to your daily life off the mat. Please bring your own yoga mat. 

  • Class is only once monthly: Sept. 12, Oct. 3, Nov. 7, and Dec. 5.
  • Registration and an active FitWell Membership are required, free for full-time students
  • Registration opens 48 hours in advance, sign-up on the W&M Wellness app or online, wellness.wm.edu.
  • Drop-in Class Pass for participants without a membership is $5.
