Working through the yogic principles and western science, this workshop will set you up for a good night's sleep. We will begin our journey by setting up habits throughout our day, starting with when we wake up and finishing with what we can do when we wake up and can't fall back to sleep.
This class is led by Patti DeBlass, an E-RYT500, Certified Yoga Therapist, a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, and a Certified Personal Trainer.
Registration is a commitment to attend all four sessions: April 4, 11, 18, 25
