Full Description
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is all about energy, intensity, and HIITing it hard! This 5-class series promises dynamic workouts with little to no equipment. HIIT workouts alternate between short, super-intense bursts of activity matched short recovery periods. This class is perfect for those wanting to better their athletic performance or for those that want to change up their workout routine with something that will shock the body in the best way possible!
