Lydia Davis is a former Man-Booker Prize winner for fiction. Author of seven books, her writing is known for its incisiveness. She can pack a big story within one page of prose. She even has stories that are one sentence long. Seriously. Lydia is going to do a reading Nov. 21, 7 p.m., Andrews Auditorium, but will also give a "craft talk" to students and interested others on the same day (12:30 p.m., Tucker Theatre).
