[PAST EVENT] Speaker: Va. Attorney General Kenneth T. Cuccinelli II

Ken Cuccinelli began serving as Attorney General of Virginia in Jan. 2010. The Attorney General's office, which has more than 425 employees, serves as legal counsel for the government of the Commonwealth and its agencies, providing them with legal advice and representation in court.
Mr. Cuccinelli earned a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Virginia, and both a J.D. and master's degree in International commerce and policy from George Mason University. Prior to serving as attorney general, Mr. Cuccinelli was in private practice. He also served in the Virginia Senate, representing a portion of Fairfax County, from 2002 to 2010.
