FitWell Class

Restorative Yoga is appropriate for all levels of practice. The practice will be mindfully paced to include long holds, stillness and breath work that encourage physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. 

  • Registration and an active FitWell Membership are required, free for full-time students
  • Registration opens 48 hours in advance, sign-up on the W&M Wellness app or online, wellness.wm.edu
