Managing meetings is often a skill that is taken for granted but everyone knows and suffers when a meeting is not well led. Melody Porter and Babs Bengtson are teaming up to facilitate building skills in some key areas of managing meetings. Part One focuses on standing meetings such as staff and committee meetings. Part Two focuses on specialty meetings such as strategic planning, initiative launch, and problem-solving meetings. Join us for one or both!
