Employees who would like to explore leadership as a career option are invited to attend the Aspiring Leaders program. Assessments, team building, and other exploratory and preparation activities will help employees develop their leadership competencies. Note that attendance at all three parts is required. Registration deadline is October 27th as participants must complete an assessment prior to the first session.
