Express Cycling

Join this fun and fast-paced cycling class. In this 30-minute express class, we will up the intensity to some fun and upbeat music. Participants should arrive to class 10-15 minutes early and are advised to bring a water bottle and hand towel. Express Cycle will take place in the mid-level Tyler Studio in the Rec Center.
