Faculty Canvas Training | Canvas from the Student Perspective
The Center for Online Learning, in partnership with Everspring's Learning Design Team, is hosting a webinar on Canvas from the Student Experience on Thursday, February 6, 2025, from 12:00 - 1:00 PM, Eastern.
In this session, Kyle Nicholas from Everspring will demonstrate how faculty decisions in the Canvas gradebook and quiz settings impact the student experience. Attending this webinar will give you insights into what analytics students can access and how visibility settings, such as hidden grades or late policies, shape the student experience. By understanding Canvas from the student perspective, you can identify best practices to improve transparency, provide timely feedback, and ensure settings align with course goals. Faculty are invited to ask questions and share lessons learned with their colleagues after the presentation.
