Learn more about our Panelists:

Ally Kennedy (She/Her): Ally graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill and began her GIS career with AmeriCorps. In 2016, she joined Timmons Group as a GIS Technician. Ally found her stride there developing workflows, streamlining processes and developing automation tools. These projects varied from local governments, to statewide data automation, to solutions for utility organizations. In 2022, Ally became one of the first 25 individuals in the United States to earn an Esri Utility Network Specialty certification from Esri. Now she leads a GIS team focused on developing solutions for the Utility industries. In her off hours, Ally enjoys playing video games with her wife and going on walks with their dog.

Hayden Hunt (She/Her): Hayden Hunt is a Systems Analyst II at the City of Oklahoma City where she oversees Utilities-related GIS and the implementation of new GIS solutions for the Utilities Department. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Geography from Oklahoma State University and has been working in the GIS field since 2016. After hours, Hayden enjoys flying her drone, reading banned books, and attempting to guess the Daily Wordle in less than 4.

Elizabeth Greenwell (She/They): Elizabeth began her career at PlanRVA in March of 2023 and works as a data analyst. On any given day, Elizabeth is researching methodologies and topics, and organizing and processing data based on the organization’s needs. She also carefully analyzes and visually displays data. Elizabeth’s favorite thing about working at PlanRVA is assisting the team on various projects, and the ability to continue to learn about data science. In her spare time, Elizabeth loves knitting, reading and cycling. Her favorite restaurant in RVA is Garnett's. Elizabeth earned an M.S. in Applied Geography from the University of Louisville.
