[PAST EVENT] Wellness Workshop: May the Force Be With You

Beyond Boobs! is a Williamsburg based non-profit started in 2007 by young breast cancer survivors. Their mission is to provide support for young women diagnosed with breast cancer and breast health education for all. They now have four "support systems" operating from Virginia Beach to Richmond through which women diagnosed with breast cancer before menopause are helping each other along this journey. In addition, they offer breast health education with a fresh, new twist using humor and attention-getting methods to move women of all ages from being "aware" of breast cancer to taking action to manage individual risk and ensure early detection. {{http://www.beyondboobsinc.org, Beyond Boobs, Inc.!}}.
