Dr. O'Donnell's research focuses on the impact of health promotion in the workplace and on national health policy. He integrates scientific findings into the realities of the workplace and developments in public policy. His publications include a systematic review of the impact of workplace health promotion programs and the comparison of the 80 best workplace health promotion programs in the United States.
