[PAST EVENT] Chinese Placement Exam/Placement Advising
Incoming students (freshmen and transfer) wishing to continue the study of Chinese are required to take the Chinese placement exam with the Chinese instructors, who will help you determine which class is appropriate for your background and ability. The exam consists of a brief written section and an interview with Chinese faculty. The whole process should take approximately 15-20 minutes. You are welcome to stop by Washington Hall 316 anytime on Monday, August 28 from 10:00am to 12:00pm and from 1:00 to 3:00pm. No appointment necessary.
