Guest speaker: Carmen Hegge-Kleiser

Carmen Hegge-Kleiser has 28 years of senior corporate executive experience in organizational development, employee relations, executive development/training and recruiting. She worked with three global companies as SVP-Human Resources for Thomson Tax and Accounting, VP-Center for Learning Effectiveness at American Express and VP-Staffing at Travel Related Services.

Hegge-Kleiser has a bachelor's degree in journalism/political science from South Dakota State University, with postgraduate work at the Indiana University School of Business and the School of Organizational Development at Columbia University. She's a certified Change Management Consultant and a Master Trainer in Situational Leadership, and she was a contributing author for the book Managing Quality in America's Most Admired Companies.
