Tuesday, February 27 -  Eating Disorders Awareness Week Speaker: Dana Suchow (@dothehotpants)
Dana ?Hotpants? Suchow is a Speaker, Activist, and Event Producer. Since overcoming bulimia and compulsive exercising that resulted in permanent injuries, she has become a champion for women?s rights, eating disorder issues, and body neutrality. She has made it her mission to use her own life experiences to educate, empower, and uplift anyone struggling with bad body image. Dana now leads workshops and curates feminist events that support all self-identifying women. Join her on Tuesday, 2/27/19 for a Makeup Removal Workshop (Sadler Center York Room, 12:00), and later that evening for her talk: ?It?s ok to be Seen: On Body Image, Feminism, and Empowerment.? (Small 111, 7:00pm)

Wednesday, February 28 - Eating Disorders Awareness Week: Student and Expert Panel Discussion
Join us on Wednesday, 2/28 for a night of recovery stories from fellow students, and discussion about eating disorders and diet culture. Myths and stigmas surrounding eating disorders will be debunked. Special emphasis will be placed on the intersections between eating disorders and race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender identity. (7:00pm, Tyler 133)

There will also be tabling around campus throughout the week.
