Thich Nhat Hanh created this hands on meditation using pebbles as an easy way to experience compassion and alliance with others through Nature. We will explore the four elements: freshness, steadfastness, stillness, and freedom as a way to cultivate calm space inside of us that can be practiced anywhere. Relax and enjoy the simplicity of creating your own personal meaning through this hands-on meditation.

Martha Rouleau is an Adjunct Lecturer, holds a Qualified Teacher Status in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and is a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She is trained in Compassionate Integrity, Mindful Communication, and Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness.
