Learn scientifically-based skills designed to help you manage stress and anxiety, improve memory, and enhance the quality of your life. This four-part series is sequenced to provide you with the skills necessary to use mindfulness in your daily life.
Take part in this 4-week series using expressive writing, journaling, poetry, and other forms of written word to enhance your well being. We will create handmade journals to keep and use.
