Mindfulness Meditation & Stress Management Skills for Students: Learn scientifically-based skills designed to help you manage stress and anxiety, improve memory, and enhance the quality of your life.
Using art materials we will explore feelings and work on relaxation. No art experience is necessary; the focus will be on expressing ourselves. Participants will gain insight into their emotions, learn new coping skills, and process feelings with peers.
Learn how to prepare simple, delicious, and healthy meals and snacks with our campus executive chefs and campus dietitian. All students will leave with the recipe and a bag of Mindful gifts!
