A Scientist Walks into a Bar: Graduate Student Edition

Join us to learn all about winter fun in the world of marine science, including the importance of sea ice and how it "snows" under the sea! VIMS graduate student, Ellie Gellerson, will talk about her research on sea ice in northern Alaska.
2024 Blue Crab Bowl

VIMS and ODU reunite to host the 2024 Blue Crab Bowl, the regional competition of the National Ocean Sciences Bowl, in which high school students compete to answer questions from scientific and technical ocean science disciplines.
