Step into the salacious world of William Hogarth’s 18th-century England. Discover how this master of satire turned urban vice into commercial gold and laid the groundwork for the modern comic strip. From bawdy taverns to corrupt politicians, Hogarth’s prints offer a scandalous peek into a society on the brink of change.
