[PAST EVENT] President Reveley Featured on Internationalization Panel in D.C. Watch Live!

Live Streamed: http://www.nafsa.org/simonwebcastOn Tuesday, November 15, 2016, President Taylor Reveley will be featured in the NAFSA: Association of International Educators Presidential Panel discussion of college and university presidents and chancellors on how to expand access to the global learning opportunities that graduates need in order to succeed in the world economy. The Panel will be held in Washington, D.C. during International Education Week, November 14-18. Reveley represents William & Mary as a recipient of NAFSA?s 2016 Senator Paul Simon Awards for Campus Internationalization for success in developing international curricula, integrating international students into the campus and diversifying enhanced access to study abroad. The Presidential Panel, held at Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill from 4-5 pm EST, is an invitation-only event, but will be livestreamed. It will be followed by a reception and awards ceremony, with keynote speaker, Richard Stengel, U.S. Department of State, Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs.
The Simon Award is named for the late Senator Paul Simon (D - Ill.), a strong supporter of international education. The awards recognize outstanding and innovative achievements by a college or university in the area of campus internationalization, including success in developing globalized curricula, integrating international students into the campus, and diversifying access to study abroad.
