Yoga for Better Sleep

Working through yogic principles, this class will set you up for a good night's sleep. Come as you are, dress comfortably in layers and your guide will do the rest! Leave with a refreshed mind and ready for a good night's sleep!

Led by Yoga Therapist Patti DeBlass.
Patti is a Certified Yoga Therapist with specialized training In Chronic Pain, PTSD, and Functional Movement. She has a deep love of teaching movement and breath for her clients to be aware of their needs in movement patterns throughout their lives.
