[PAST EVENT] Justice Richard J. Goldstone: The International Criminal Court

Justice Goldstone is a guest of the Human Security Law Center and the International Law Society.
Justice Goldstone served on the Constitutional Court of South Africa from 1994 to 2003, and from 1994 to 1996 served as the chief prosecutor of the United Nation's International Criminal Tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda. In 2009, he was appointed to lead the U.N. Human Rights Council's fact-finding mission on the Gaza Conflict. In 2004, he was appointed to the independent committee investigating the Iraqi oil-for-food program.
He has received numerous honors including the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Award for International Justice (2009).
