W&M Alumni Webinar: Behavioral Responses to Conflict with Professor Tatia Granger
Behavioral Responses to Conflict: Recognizing Destructive and Constructive Behaviors and their Impact for Success
Date: May 24
Time: Noon EDT
Presenter: Clinical Associate Professor Tatia Granger
Workplace conflict is inevitable. A negative outcome is not.
Managing conflict well can mean the difference between a destructive outcome or a constructive outcome. There are good and the bad behaviors aligned with conflict. Acknowledging and recognizing them as such is the first step to creating a strategic conflict management response.
This webinar is intended for individuals and managers who seek to find and maximize their behavioral responses to conflict and better manage the responses of others.
