If you are planning to graduate from the Flex MBA Program during Fall 2018, your Notice of Candidacy form MUST be completed in Banner Self-Service by June 30, 2018 in order to ensure that your degree is conferred on-time. Delayed completion of this form will delay the conferral of your degree.

When completing this form, please be sure to indicate the semester during which you intend to complete your degree requirements, not the semester that you intend to walk in the commencement exercises. For example, students completing degree requirements during the Fall 2018 semester, should select January 2019 as their Intended Semester of Graduation.

All graduates from Fall 2018, Spring 2019, and Summer 2019 are invited to participate in the May 2019 Commencement Weekend festivities.

Please also note that completing the Notice of Candidacy form will trigger your graduation fee.
