"Co-creating Change in Organizations"
Join members of the W&M community in Chicago for breakfast, networking and conversation about organizational change with guest speaker Marianna Kepka ’03 who leads the Organizational Strategy and Change group at Northwestern University.
Regardless of our role or industry, we all face rapid change and demand for innovative solutions. Marianna will facilitate a discussion of how a human-centered approach to change, where stakeholders are engaged in co-creation, can deliver innovation and lasting impact while decreasing the stress that often surrounds change.
Cost is $10 and includes breakfast.
This breakfast is part of William & Mary's Professionals Week (February 24-28). All week long, we're celebrating our Tribe network and professional affinities. No matter what stage of your career you're in, join us for events online and in person and let us know your professional achievements and goals by posting on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter using the hashtag #OneTribeOneNetwork.
