If you are planning to finish the Part-Time MBA Program in Spring 2022 or Summer 2022, you MUST apply to graduate in Banner Self-Service no later than October 1, 2021 in order to ensure that your degree is conferred on-time. Delayed completion of this form will delay the conferral of your degree.

Instructions on how to apply to graduate are available on the University Registrar's website.

When applying, please be sure to indicate the semester that you will FINISH the program, not the semester that you intend to participate in Commencement. Students completing the Part-Time MBA program in Spring 2022, should select May 2022 as their graduation date. Students completing the Part-Time MBA program in Summer 2022, should select August 2022 as their graduation date.

All graduates from Fall 2021, Spring 2022, and Summer 2022 are invited to participate in the May 2022 Commencement Weekend festivities.

If you receive an error message when completing the form in Banner, please email ptmbaprogram@wm.edu with your Banner ID number (starts with 93...) and the semester that you will complete your degree requirements.

Please also note that completing the Notice of Candidacy form will trigger your graduation fee.
