? Company is 11 years old, currently about 60 consultants

? Most clients in the Pacific Northwest region and all at enterprise level (for example, Expedia, Nike, Starbucks and even Hilton where they are looking at their loyalty program data for analysis)

? Culture is all about the work they do ? founder partners were VPs at Hitachi Consulting and before that Arthur Andersen (but they wanted to have control over their work)

? They focus on discrete ? strategy and business solving projects and programs (much like MBA business cases)

? They have NEVER laid off in 11 years ? their leadership team focuses on ?keeping people off the bench? - HR talent management takes care of making sure consultants are staffed on projects

? 6 different practice areas ? everyone aligned with a practice area (have even built customer experience dream apps and B2B lead generation)

? Today, each project lasts ~6-8 weeks (3-6 people) ? always a sprint, very high paced

? New business development is shared by all ? it is truly a path to leadership

? Work life balance is a priority (rarely is someone not home for dinner) - no travel more than 25%

? What they look for in talent:

? Intelligence curiosity ? someone who loves to live outside comfort zone

? Creativity and of course, analytical skills

? Personal drive and entrepreneurship focus
