It is Mandatory for Students applying to graduate in May or August 2018 to submit the {{http://www.wm.edu/as/graduate/studentresources/quick-links/index.php, Notice of Candidacy Form}} for Graduation to the Office of the University Registrar.
You will not be able to submit this form online.
You must also submit the Request for Final Dissertation Title Form for inclusion in the 2018 Commencement Program. You will not be able to change your dissertation title after February 15, 2018.
