[PAST EVENT] Virtual FitWell Series: Yoga for Strength

If you are interested in taking your yoga practice to another level this series is for you! We will use the poses and principles of yoga to build strength in the body, mind, and spirit! We take each week and focus on body parts within the practice and in the four weeks move through the entire body.
All the Details:
- This is a four week series so registration to this course is a COMMITMENT!
- This series will meet virtually on Tuesday's beginning April 6th from 3-4 pm. You will receive the Zoom link once you have registered.
- Participants should pre-register for this series online. Participants can also register through the W&M Wellness app.
