Friday, September 14th, at 2pm in Blow Hall 201 Ms. Julia Maciel, the Former Minister of Planning of Paraguay (2005-2006), will be giving a lunch presentation on the policy and institutional reform process in Paraguay -- in particular, the role of domestic political leadership, external actors, and inter-organizational cooperation. The discussion will be followed by a period of Q&A regarding reform adoption and implementation in the developing world.
