The 63rd Annual Student Conference on U.S. Affairs (SCUSA), the largest, oldest, and most prestigious undergraduate conference of its type in the world, will be held at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, New York from November 2nd through the 5th, 2011.

The student delegates and cadets will discuss and debate the impact of past and recent events on the national political strategy of the United States and attempt to formulate policy recommendations for the future.

The highlights of the four-day conference include the opening senior panel discussion on the evening of November 2, an evening keynote banquet address, four roundtable sessions, and a closing-report session on November 5.

Recent keynote speakers have included Ambassador Zalmay Khalilzad, Dr. Leslie Gelb, and Admiral James Stavridis.

This year's theme is Thinking Beyond Boundaries: Contemporary Challenges to U.S. Foreign Policy.

If you are interested in being the College's delegate at the conference, please email your resume and a brief essay (no longer than one page) discussing one of the principle challenges for U.S. foreign policy makers to Professor Amy Oaks by October 3 at 5:00PM
