Snap-on Incorporated is a $2.4 billion, S&P 500 Company that is a leading manufacturer and marketer of tools, equipment, diagnostics, repair information, and systems solutions for professional users. Before joining Snap-on, Mr. Pinchuk was president, global refrigeration operations, a multi-billion dollar business unit of Carrier Corporation, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation. Before joining United Technologies, He was with the Ford Motor Company, where he held various financial and engineering positions. Mr. Pinchuk received an M.B.A. from Harvard University, and master?s and bachelor?s degrees in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He serves on the board of directors for the National Association of Manufacturers; and on the Board of Trustees of the Manufacturer?s Alliance for Productivity and Innovation.
