[PAST EVENT] "18 IUS SOLI" Film Screening and Q&A with director Fred Kuwornu

Please join us for a screening of the documentary, "18 IUS SOLI: The Right to be Italian" (2012, Italy 50 min), followed by a Q&A with the director Fred Kudjo Kuwornu. "18 IUS SOLI" addresses the denial of citizenship to children born of immigrants on Italian soil. More broadly, it considers questions of ethnicity and identity in an increasingly multicultural contemporary Italy.
