Start off midterms with a lesson in mindfulness, meditation, and yoga specifically for FGLI students!
Yoga is often called meditation in motion. In this class, participants will be guided and invited to experience their movement as a type of meditation. Participants will also practice more formal meditation to ground and connect more fully for relaxation at the end of the class. This class is designed for all levels of experience. Please register for the class ahead of time!
