Arm balances can help us feel more confident, stronger, and empowered! In this class we will build the foundation for Crow Pose, Kakasana. Whether you've never flown before or you have some frequent flyer miles, we will explore all aspects of the this pose and get you in the air! This class will be led by Shanti Garudasana Yoga School's 300-hour Yoga Teachers-in-Training. These teachers already have their 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) credential and have teaching experience. Class open to all experience levels. Free for all W&M students, faculty & staff.
