Location

Learn how to prepare simple, delicious, and healthy meals and snacks with our campus executive chefs and campus dietitian. During the event, students will have the opportunity to ask questions about the specific recipe, ingredients, and kitchen tools. All students will leave with the recipe and a bag of Mindful gifts! Participation is one meal swipe, collected upon arrival. Cash payment and dining dollars options are also available. The next demo is on Tuesday, Feb 4th at 2 pm.
