Introduction to Mindfulness provides you with a foundation of skills to practice mindfulness in your daily life. Build upon your skills in the intermediate level of Mindful Living. Lastly, deepen your practice and comprehension with our Facilitator Training. Registration is a commitment to attending all four sessions.
This weekly series will take place online starting September 1st and ending September 22nd. Participants will be provided a Zoom Link before the start of the series.
