[PAST EVENT] Virtual FitWell Class: Women's Creativity Group for Faculty & Staff
Location
ZoomJoin the women of W&M in a casual setting that you can drop into during your lunch break. This group explores and reflects on topics related to women, careers, and work-life balance in a supportive and uplifting environment while creating with a variety of mediums with guidance from a creative arts therapist. Developed for women faculty and staff during the 100 Years of Women celebration, this virtual class combines art with wellness while facilitating connection amongst colleagues.
Art-making experience isn't necessary, just a willingness to notice the benefit of creating and self-restoration as you take a break from work!
Register in the W&M Wellness App or at wellness.wm.edu by searching "women" in the top search bar.
