Location

Yoga is a wonderful way to release tension and reconnect with the mind, body, and spirit. This class systematically works the entire body, incorporating strength, balance, and flexibility. The breath work and static poses will stimulate your mind and restore your body. Combining yoga and the environment can provide a rejuvenating effect to your mind, body, and spirit. This class will take place at the Lake Matoaka Amphitheater.

• Registration and an active FitWell Membership are required, free for full-time students
  
• Registration opens 48 hours in advance, sign-up on the W&M Wellness app or online, wellness.wm.edu
  
• Drop-in Class Pass for participants without a membership is $5   
• Please bring your own yoga mat.
