The structure of Cycling + Strength Intervals is similar to a classic cycling class with the addition of upper body strength intervals off the bike. This class is great for those looking for a combo workout of cardio + strength. 

  • Participants should arrive to class 10-15 minutes early.
  • Cycling classes will take place in the mid-level Tyler Studio in the Rec Center.
  • Participants are advised to bring a water bottle and hand towel.
  • Registration and an active FitWell Membership are required, free for full-time students
  • Registration opens 48 hours in advance, sign-up on the W&M Wellness app or online, wellness.wm.edu
