Join Dance Therapist and Assistant Teaching Professor of Dance at W&M, Valerie Winborne, each week for this fun dance class themed around the joy of dance! Learn iconic social dances like the square dance, waltz, and more, with a new social dance introduced each month. Meet new people, enjoy great music, and let the rhythm bring us together—no experience needed!

  • Registration and an active FitWell Membership are required, free for full-time students
  • Registration opens 48 hours in advance, sign-up on the W&M Wellness app or online, wellness.wm.edu.
  • Drop-in Class Pass for participants without a membership is $5.
