The College of William & Mary and Libya El Hurra Charity will co-host a panel discussion, "Libya's Transition to Democracy." H.E. Ali Suleiman Aujali, the Ambassador of Libya to the United States, and H.E. Abd'El Rahman Shalgam, the Ambassador of Libya to the United Nations, will speak on Libya's foreign and diplomatic affairs. Colonel Ahmad Bani, spokesperson for the Libyan Ministry of Defense, will speak on Libya's internal and external security.
