You will learn tools like the Choosing Continuum and the Life Puzzle framework's 16 core areas, 5 edges that create the SELF. You will leave the session with a new appreciation of your SELF and your capacity to build a whole and dynamic life.

Ann G. Kramer, EdS LPC is the creator of the Life Puzzle model and will be the presenter. She has been a professional counselor and trainer for more than 20 years. She is a W&M alumnus. The seeds for her model began in her graduate work in Counseling and Early Childhood Development at the School of Education. Now she returns to her alma mater to share her work that is focused on helping people flourish and become their most whole self.
