This class is designed for those who have a good understanding of yoga poses and the relationship between breath and movement. Vinyasa flow focuses on linking traditional postures to the breath to build internal heat.
In conjunction with an exhibition of his works, join us for a lecture by English collage artist Clive Knights in Tucker Hall Theatre, followed by a reception and viewing of the exhibition in the Daily Grind.

Ongoing Events
The Hart Gallery's exhibition "Figuring Out" will be opening Tuesday, 2/13 with a reception 6-8 pm. This exhibition presents artworks by W&M students, focused on the human figure. The show will run through 3/8, open during Sadler building hours.
