Experience Art Therapy as we mix mindfulness with creativity, designing works of art as a way to calm the mind and gain focus.
The class will start with a 30-minute cycle, with a glute focus, and finish out with some body-moving cardio dance.
Classic Pilates moves that lengthen and strengthen the core will be paired with classic metal hits featuring artists like Metallica, Scar the Martyr, Power Trip, Mastodon, Iron Maiden & more!
